Strategic Direction
Providence of Maryland developed a five-year strategic plan in fiscal year 2020 that helped define our priorities and guide our work to reach our vision for Providence, the people we support and our community. Our strategic planning work created a roadmap for fiscal years 2021-2025 that has helped us leverage our strengths, navigate challenges, and take advantage of opportunities. Now in the last year of that strategic plan, we have engaged a team of stakeholders to begin defining our plan for the future beyond 2025.
