2020 has been a challenging year to say the least! Unfortunately, we cannot hold our much-anticipated Annual Harvest Bash Fundraiser in the way we normally would.
The good news is that we have two alternatives:
The Destination Harvest Bash & The Harvest Bash at Home Experience!
The Destination Harvest Bash
This year, we are taking the Harvest Bash outside and to the shores of the Chesapeake Bay! The Destination Harvest Bash is is an exclusive weekend getaway event limited to 50 couples at the AAA Four Diamond Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina located on 342 waterfront acres in Cambridge, Maryland.
Join us for a fun-filled weekend on the water with the peace of mind knowing that The Hyatt Regency has taken every precaution towards COVID-19 compliance with enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures, staff/guest temperature checks as well as extensive food safety protocols. During the Destination Harvest Bash, all events will be held outdoors with ample spacing for social distancing requirements.
We all need a relaxing weekend getaway after the last several months. This is the perfect opportunity to do just that in the safest environment possible, all while supporting Providence! A portion of the proceeds from this event will go directly towards Providence’s Recovery efforts, allowing us to provide critical supports to nearly 400 people that count on our services.
Weekend Itinerary
Friday, October 2nd
-Check-in with signature cocktail & exclusive welcome gift.
-Outdoor Harvest Bash featuring live music by Larry Lay, a seasonal inspired dinner, open bar, fireside s’mores & commemorative group photo to be mailed after event.
Saturday, October 3rd
– Breakfast at leisure
– Outdoor Morning Yoga Class (optional for non-golfers)
-Golf Tournament (optional)
– Lunch on own at leisure
-Outdoor Preakness Stakes Viewing Party with large screens, live music by the Dan Haas Trio, live and silent auction, dinner and open bar.
Sunday, October 4th
-Breakfast at Leisure
-Resort Relaxation and Checkout
