Providence of Maryland, a nonprofit organization supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Maryland, has launched a newly redesigned website—www.providenceofmaryland.org—as a next step in their broader initiative to strengthen awareness of their mission and the real, everyday impact made by those at the center of their work.
Designed in partnership with Liquified Agency, the updated site offers a modern, user-friendly experience that reflects Providence’s person-driven, community-focused work. With a clean layout and improved functionality, the website is designed to serve a diverse audience—including the people at the heart of their mission and their families, staff, employer partners, donors, customers of their Pottery & Arts Studio and Greenhouses, and broader community members—with easier access to information, resources, and opportunities to connect.
“Our new website is part of our overall branding work to build awareness for Providence, our mission, and the people we support who are contributing to and living their best lives in their communities,” said Karen Adams-Gilchrist, President & CEO of Providence of Maryland. “We work with many different stakeholder groups, and our goal was to create a space that is welcoming, useful, and accessible to all—while telling the Providence story in a meaningful way.”
Key features of the new website include:
“Another important objective was to make sure our new site told the Providence story, reflected our person-driven, community-focused work, and celebrated the impact the people we support—and the extended Providence family—are making each day in our communities,” said Adams-Gilchrist. “We think the new site accomplishes all of this and more.”
Providence of Maryland invites community members, partners, and supporters to explore the new site, learn more about its work, and discover new ways to get involved.
