Employment Discovery & Customization
Employment discovery and customization are time-limited assessment, discovery, customization, and training activities to assist people in gaining competitive employment at an integrated setting with competitive wages where most of the employees do not have disabilities. Examples include community-based situational assessments, job development, job and task analysis, job training, social skills training, basic safety skills, acceptable work behaviors, money management, work-related hygiene, etc.
This service may be provided for up to a 6-month period.
