We are pleased to present Providence of Maryland’s 2023 annual report and share the progress we have made with your generous support.

This past year has been one for our history books. We changed our name, introduced a new brand, and expanded services in a new county. All of this represents a strategic step toward our vision for our community, one where everyone is living their best life, by growing, contributing and engaging in ways that matter to them personally.

We are proud of these very visible accomplishments, as well as the work behind the scenes including systems transformation to align with changes at the state level, self-advocacy initiatives, enhancements in staff engagement, careful fiscal stewardship, and creative approaches in the way we provide our supports and services.

The real measure of our success is how well we carry out our mission. Success is supporting each person to discover and live their best life, by ensuring that every connection and relationship created, opportunity taken advantage of, and experience lived, is authentic and real to their unique vision for their life.

Real Connections. Real Opportunities. Real Experiences. is the theme for this year’s report and is the new tagline we introduced earlier this year. Six words that describe what makes us Providence, and what your partnership can provide for more than 300 people.
